Audit of IFRS financial statements
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) are international accounting requirements, the purpose of which is to ensure the financial transparency of the company. The result of the audit of the financial statements in accordance with IFRS is an audit report expressing an independent opinion on the compliance of the financial statements with international standards. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the audit of financial statements is divided into mandatory and initiative.
Special purpose audit
In addition to the audit of financial statements, we additionally conduct a special purpose audit, which is designed to meet various management goals, where the company itself determines the breadth of the audit. According to the contract, the company can determine the verification of any particular part of financial and economic activities, or some separate line of reporting or a certain transaction.

Individual entrepreneurs and Companies, with the exception of state institutions, large business entities and public interest Companies, prepare financial statements in accordance with National Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) - in accordance with Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Accounting and Financial Reporting". Our Company will conduct an independent audit in compliance with all the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Financial Reporting Standards.
Agreed procedures
The agreed procedures can be performed by the auditor in relation to individual indicators of financial information, one of the elements of financial (accounting) statements (for example, the balance sheet) or financial (accounting) statements as a whole.According to the agreed procedures, the auditor provides only a report, and does not express an opinion on the reliability of financial (accounting) statements and financial information. The users of the report themselves evaluate the agreed procedures performed with respect to financial information and the facts indicated in the report, and also draw their own conclusions based on the work of the auditor.
